The Healthy Foundation package typically runs 8 to 12 weeks, depending on your needs. We'll discuss frequency early in the process to make sure it will serve your health goals. The sessions must be used within 6 months. If more than 1 month has lapsed between counseling sessions, a Refresh Case Review will be required. This is because understanding your current context is necessary to make recommendations.
Frequently Asked Questions
We'll celebrate that you committed to your health and have integrated great changes into your life! You may feel ready to continue working on your goals independently. Depending on your needs and wishes, you may continue counseling by purchasing sessions a la carte, or as a package at a discounted rate.
Maybe. If you know what you need to do and you feel prepared to do it, go for it! But if you’re talking about something you’ve been putting off for months or years, maybe there’s a reason. Maybe the issue is motivation. Maybe you don’t trust it's the right move. Or maybe something else is undermining your progress. Figuring out the obstacles and moving you into action is what I'm here for.
My motto: if it's not practical, it's pointless. Overwhelm undermines success, so I never make recommendations that just aren't feasible. My clients tell me they're surprised at how "easy" making changes feels and that they're energized by the process.
